Ok. You know how broadcast messages are played wether you have public quicknotes turned on or off? can't it be the same with the log in notification?

That would be great because most of the time, I have publicas off due to drama or traffic, and when people log in, I don't notice...

I think you should be able to choose to have the log-in notification turned on or off, like the public quick notes.
